Woodland Commons Plaza was developed by well-respected local developer and designer Mike Machin Sr. of Machin Design Builders. The first of three phases which includes 35,000 square feet of COM II store fronts was started in 2000, with phase 3 being completed in 2007. We are excited about our plans for future site expansion which will include approximately 5,000 square feet of conditioned and 6,000 square feet non-conditioned warehouse space. This scheduled expansion is in the planning stage, and will be completed over the next few years.
