Meet Mike Machin

Developer – Owner – Designer – Builder

Michael is an award-winning commercial and residential design / developer and a state-certified General Contractor based in Palm Coast, Florida.  Since 1978, Mike has designed and built more than 300 custom homes in coastal gated communities in Florida, Texas and Georgia.  His portfolio also includes outstanding commercial projects like shopping centers, police and fire stations, banks, and office buildings.

With a lifelong passion for excellence, Mike oversees each project from concept drawing to final walk-through, and has over 30 years’ experience managing commercial properties.  He is proud to be a founding Director of Palm Coast’s Intracoastal Bank. Mike and his wife Debbie are active members of the Palm Coast community.
